Every Leadership Mission has been thoughtfully created so you'll always know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how your efforts contribute to the larger mission.
We'll provide the resources.

Share the Mission
You'll receive professionally designed social media graphics, captions, videos, and promotional content to share across your social media platforms.
You'll never have to create content from scratch.

Some Leadership Missions may include recording simple videos using your phone to share your excitement, invite women into the room, or explain why Women in Unity matters to you.

Complete the online application so we can learn more about you, your strengths, your community, and how you naturally connect with others.
We believe every woman brings something unique to the mission, and this application helps us understand how to best support you.
Once selected, you'll receive your official onboarding materials, Brand Ambassador resources, important conference information, and everything you'll need to confidently represent Women in Unity.
This milestone also earns you your first $25 toward your IGNITE 2026 General Admission ticket.
You'll receive approved graphics, social media content, promotional resources, messaging guidance, important dates, and ongoing communication from our leadership team.
You'll never have to guess what to share or when to share it. We'll provide everything you need.
Each week leading up to IGNITE 2026, you'll receive intentional Leadership Missions designed to help spread awareness, invite women into the room, and strengthen the Women in Unity movement.
These missions are simple, purposeful, and designed to fit naturally into your schedule while making a meaningful impact.
After completing your first four Leadership Missions, you'll earn an additional $25 toward your conference registration, bringing your total Brand Ambassador benefit to $50.

How much time is required to participate?
The Leadership Missions are designed to fit naturally into your schedule. Most missions can be completed in just 10-15 minutes per week. We provide all the resources you need so you never have to create content from scratch.
How do I earn the $50 toward my conference registration?
You earn your first $25 by completing your Brand Ambassador Onboarding. You earn an additional $25 after successfully completing your first four weekly Leadership Missions.
When will I be notified if I am selected?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You will typically hear back from our leadership team within 5-7 business days of submitting your application.
What if I am unable to attend the conference in person?
While we encourage Brand Ambassadors to attend IGNITE 2026 to fully experience the community and receive special recognition, we welcome passionate advocates who want to support the mission regardless of their ability to attend.
