Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, vendors will be required to sign a contract or agreement that outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the event.
We offer the following vendor package:
Standard Vendor Package:
• Includes one table and two chairs.
• Opportunity to promote your business through a vendor spotlight.
• Ability to conduct a giveaway during the event.
• Vendors will receive punch-out cards for guests to collect stamps at their table.
Vendors are required to arrive by 7 AM on the day of the event. Set-up will begin the night before at 6 PM at the Hilton Downtown.
Vendors do not need to bring tables or chairs as these will be provided. However, they should bring a wagon or other means to transport their materials into the venue.
Parking is available in the garage, and vendors and guest will need to pay for parking. There are additional parking options available across the street. Please be prepared for paid parking, as free parking is limited. Here are your parking options
