Yes, vendors will be required to sign a contract or agreement that outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the event.
We offer the following vendor package:
Standard Vendor Package:
• Includes one table and two chairs.
• Opportunity to promote your business through a vendor spotlight.
• Ability to conduct a giveaway during the event.
• Vendors will receive punch-out cards for guests to collect stamps at their table.
Vendors are required to arrive by 7 AM on the day of the event. Set-up will begin the night before at 6 PM at the venue. The venue will be announced soon.
Vendors do not need to bring tables or chairs as these will be provided. However, they should bring a wagon or other means to transport their materials into the venue.
