Some people spend their lives talking about possibility.
Jocelyn Taylor has spent hers building it.

She is an entrepreneur, visionary leader, community builder, and founder of multiple successful organizations dedicated to education, entrepreneurship, workforce development, behavioral health, recovery services, and community impact.
But her story is not really about business.
It's about what happens when someone refuses to allow circumstances to define the limits of what is possible.
Throughout her career, Jocelyn has built organizations that create opportunity where opportunity did not previously exist.
As the founder of Raising Angels STEM Academy of Excellence, she has helped provide educational opportunities for children and families while creating pathways for learning, growth, and advancement.
Her work expanded into behavioral health services, adult day care programming, workforce development initiatives, sober living environments, and community-centered programs designed to help people rebuild, recover, and create better futures for themselves and their families.
She is also the visionary behind The Doer Hub, a luxury business and event center created to provide entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations with a place to gather, learn, collaborate, and build.
Every venture she creates is rooted in a common belief:

In 2020, Jocelyn experienced a brain bleed and stroke that left her temporarily unable to walk or speak.
For many people, an experience like that would have marked the end of a chapter.
For Jocelyn, it became the beginning of a new one.
The experience forced her to reevaluate everything.
How she lived.
How she led.
How she served.
And how she would spend the years she had been given.
Through faith, determination, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to recovery, she rebuilt her life.
Not simply to return to where she had been.
But to move forward with greater intention, deeper conviction, and a renewed commitment to helping others build what is possible for them.
Women in Unity was born from a simple observation.
There are countless women with vision, talent, intelligence, and work ethic who never fully experience what is possible for them because they lack access.
Access to conversations.
Access to relationships.
Access to opportunities.
Access to environments that challenge their thinking and expand their perspective.
Jocelyn understands firsthand how transformative the right environment can be.
She understands the value of proximity.
The value of mentorship.
The value of learning from people who have already traveled the road ahead.
That understanding became the foundation for Women in Unity.
A community and movement designed to create rooms where women gain access to the conversations, relationships, opportunities, and perspectives that help them move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
For Jocelyn, Women in Unity has never been about hosting events.
It has always been about creating access.
Creating opportunities.
Creating connections.
Creating environments where women can ask bigger questions, think bigger thoughts, build stronger relationships, and make more informed decisions about their future.
Because she believes one conversation can change a perspective.
One relationship can open a door.
One opportunity can alter a trajectory.
And one room can change what someone believes is possible for their life.
To empower, elevate, and transform. Our mission is to create spaces where every woman feels seen, heard, and deeply understood. We believe in the power of shared stories, authentic connections, and the unyielding strength that comes from women supporting women to build a legacy of enduring impact.
