She is an entrepreneur, visionary leader, community builder, and founder of multiple successful organizations dedicated to education, entrepreneurship, workforce development, behavioral health, recovery services, and community impact.

Throughout her career, Jocelyn has built organizations that create opportunity where opportunity did not previously exist.
As the founder of Raising Angels STEM Academy of Excellence, she has helped provide educational opportunities for children and families while creating pathways for learning, growth, and advancement.
Her work expanded into behavioral health services, adult day care programming, workforce development initiatives, sober living environments, and community-centered programs designed to help people rebuild, recover, and create better futures for themselves and their families.
She is also the visionary behind The Doer Hub, a luxury business and event center created to provide entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations with a place to gather, learn, collaborate, and build.

A Life Changing Moment
In 2020, Jocelyn experienced a brain bleed and stroke that left her temporarily unable to walk or speak.
For many people, an experience like that would have marked the end of a chapter.
For Jocelyn, it became the beginning of a new one.
The experience forced her to reevaluate everything.
How she lived.

How she served.
And how she would spend the years she had been given.
Through faith, determination, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to recovery, she rebuilt her life.
Not simply to return to where she had been.
But to move forward with greater intention, deeper conviction, and a renewed commitment to helping others build what is possible for them.
