Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase products, services, event registrations, memberships, consulting services, coaching programs, sponsorship opportunities, or other offerings directly from Women in Unity.

By engaging with Women in Unity, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

Event Registrations

Registration for conferences, workshops, retreats, leadership experiences, networking events, and other Women in Unity events is subject to availability. Women in Unity reserves the right to:

  • Registration Confirmation: Your registration is not considered complete until full payment has been received and a formal confirmation email is issued.

  • Refunds: We have a no refund policy.

  • Ticket Transfers: Tickets and event registrations are strictly non-transferable unless prior written consent is obtained from our administration team.

  • Event Modifications: We reserve the right to alter event schedules, venues, or speaker lineups due to unforeseen circumstances without prior liability.

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes.

Ticket Purchases

All event registrations and ticket purchases are subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Tickets are non-transferable without written approval

  • Tickets may not be resold

  • Registrations may not be duplicate

  • Women in Unity I am Her Story reserves the right to cancel fraudulent registrations

Sponsorships

All sponsorship agreements entered into with Women in Unity I am Her Story are subject to the following terms and conditions. By securing a sponsorship package, you agree to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

Women in Unity I am Her Story is not responsible for missed sponsor benefits resulting from incomplete submissions or late delivery of assets.

  • Sponsorship commitments are non-refundable once payment is received.

  • Deliverables and promotional materials must be submitted by the agreed-upon deadlines.

  • Women in Unity I am Her Story reserves the right to review and approve all sponsor branding prior to publication.

  • Sponsorship benefits are non-transferable without prior written consent.

Donations

All donations made to our organization are voluntary and non-refundable. By choosing to contribute financially, you acknowledge that you are making a charitable donation without the expectation of any direct goods, services, or financial return.

  • Processing: All donations are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.
  • Tax Deductibility: Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for their contribution; however, it is the sole responsibility of the donor to verify the tax-deductibility status of their donation within their specific jurisdiction.
